- Hardness: HV2000-4000 (adjustable)
- Coating film thickness: 1-2-um
- Excellent antioxidant, heat-resistant properties and anti-sticking effect.
- It can be used for dry processing of high-hard steel materials (HRC50 and above) and anti-stick coating of special mold parts.
- Coating process: Arc or Sputter; gear hobbing cutter coating.
