Measurement Controller
Top view contact angle measuring instrument CAM 121-TOP
Production Description
The contact angle measuring instrument analyze the side-view shape of the liquid droplet on the solid surface and calculate the average droplet angle, left and right droplet angles, etc. In fact, the shapes of some special solid surfaces don’t allow side-view analysis and the top-view observation of the liquid droplet becomes the only analysis method available. Top-view analysis calculates the average angle of the droplet through the droplet volume and the diameter of the droplet on the surface of the object to be measured, and save the measured data as a file supported by EXCEL or draw it as a graph, which can greatly reduce the data processing time and reduce the data error rate.
CAM 121- TOP Contact Angle Measuring Instrument has a lightweight design and does not take up space. The light source adopts high brightness LED lights. The CAM-121-TOP uses the advantages of the CAM-121 desktop contact angle measuring instrument to perform contact measurement for samples with concave surfaces or obstructed view.

Product Features
- The measurement accuracy of droplet volume is higher than that of unilateral observation when observed from side to side.
- The applicable measurable range is not limited by the shape of the droplet.
- Users can choose a plastic syringe titration module or a glass syringe titration module according to the usage environment.
Related solutions
- Objects with concave or obstructed view
- Inspection of organic contaminants on printed circuit boards (PCBs) or electronic components
- Hydrophilic or hydrophobic analysis of solid surfaces
- The substrate surface is treated with atmospheric pressure plasma to increase the wettability of the substrate surface.
