The PCB industry has entered the traditional peak season, and major manufacturers such as Taiding-KY and Taiwan Optoelectronics have joined the fundraising ranks. Taiding will handle a cash capital increase with an upper limit of 40,000 bonds in the fourth quarter, investing in HDI production expansion for the first time; Taiwan Optoelectronics will also submit applications for the issuance of two convertible corporate bonds (CB). PCB industry financing actions have reached a climax.
 

According to statistics, since this year, PCB factories such as Jialianyi, Tongtai, Zhending-KY, and Taiyao have raised 720 million yuan and 330 million yuan respectively through cash increase and overseas unsecured conversion corporate bonds (ECB). yuan, 400 million yuan, 2.1 billion yuan. In the second half of the year, Taiding-KY, Taiwan Optoelectronics, and Taijun will start fundraising operations one after another. It is estimated that the scale of PCB factory fundraising this year will exceed 20 billion yuan.
 

Taiding-KY announced that it will issue a cash capital increase with a limit of 40,000 pieces in the fourth quarter. Based on Taiding’s stock price of 50 yuan and the usual 20% discount on the current increase price, the fundraising scale will be 1.6 billion yuan. It will be used to repay bank loans. Taiding will also start HDI board production expansion for the first time in response to customer demand.
 

CCL Taiwan Optoelectronics will also issue two tranches of convertible corporate bonds, which will be raised through inquiry and auction respectively. The two tranches of CB are capped at 3 billion yuan, and will be submitted in the near future after approval by the board of directors.
 

As the peak season approaches, there is a chance that the utilization rate will rise simultaneously, encouraging PCB factories to reach peak operations in the third quarter. Dynamic Technology said it will release an optimistic outlook for the third quarter. It is expected that the third quarter will increase by 6 to 9% quarter-to-quarter, and the utilization rate is also expected to maintain a level of more than 90%. Due to the increase in the proportion of HDI products, ASP will grow quarter by quarter. Dynamic estimates that the second phase production capacity of the Huangshi No. 2 plant and the Thailand plant will reach full capacity in October and the end of this year respectively.
 

The utilization rate of Xinxing, the leading carrier board leader, also increased in the third quarter. The PCB utilization rate will increase from 80 to 90% to 90 to 95%, making it the product line with the highest utilization rate. Order visibility will not be until the first quarter of next year; ABF carrier board utilization rate will increase from 65-75% to 70-80%; BT carrier board utilization rate is estimated to increase from 75-85% to 80-90%; HDI utilization rate will increase from 75-85% to 85~95%.
 

Taiwan Optoelectronics, a CCL factory that has reached full production and sales in the second quarter, has reached full production capacity and is expected to remain at full capacity in the third quarter. Taiwan Optoelectronics is the world's largest halogen-free CCL factory, with a market share of 22.1% in area and output value respectively. %, 33%. The high market share is conducive to receiving orders. Taiwan Optoelectronics has increased its capital expenditure this year to 8.4 billion yuan, an increase of 55.5%.
